หลังจากนั้นผู้สัมภาษณ์จะเล่าเกี่ยวกับบริษัทของเขา เช่น ลักษณะธุรกิจ เปิดมากี่ปีแล้ว บริษัทแม่อยู่ที่ไหน วัตถุประสงค์ อื่นๆ แล้วก็ตำแหน่งที่เราสมัครว่า ทำไมเขาจึงมีความต้องการรับคนเข้าทำงานในตำแหน่งนี้ เอาเป็นว่าเขาจะถามเราแล้วว่า
