กลับมาสอนแพทย์ประจำบ้านเวชศาสตร์ฟื้นฟู ตอนที่2

จากความตอนที่แล้วได้เกริ่นถึงบุคลิกภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของแพทย์เวชศาสตร์ฟื้นฟู มิติที่2 พูดถึงเรื่อง competency ของแพทย์ฯ

 อ่านภาคภาษาอังกฤษไปก่อน มีเวลาจะหาทางเรียบเรียงเป็นภาษาไทยต่อไป

       current and updated knowledge

Ability to apply knowledge, ability to plan and actually do      rehabilitation,

       clinical skills, diagnostic acumen, experience,quality care

       appropriate admissions and lengths of stay

Seeing the ‘‘big picture,’’ holistic, honest prognostication

Decisiveness and confidence

Developing and expanding the field of physiatry, innovation

Cost-effectiveness, proper facility and resource use
