In Thailand, people prefer to work in Thailand but Philippines prefer work overseas and this is our culture. How can we solve this problem?

Happy workplace is a part of Human Capital. If people are healthy, they want to work.
HR should recruit people with the right attitude.

Older people must understand what is going on and the world of children. They must learn that life is changing so fast.
Younger generation need to be educated to speak politely and know how to appreciate. They need to have mentor. They should mix with old people who are kind to younger people.
Old and young people should do activities together.
