On March 15, 2011, Prof. Dr. Chira Hongladarom was invited as a guest to join the SERD School Board Meeting at Room S-101, Academic Building, AIT.
It was a great honor to have Dr. Subin Pinkayan- SERD Board Chair deliver the welcome and opening remarks.
Then, there was a Presentation by AIT President on AIT Satellite campuses and new management and administrative model.
After that the meeting shared comments and consultations on SERD Performance in 2010, SERD New Initiatives and Collaborations, SERD Marketing Strategy, and SERD Undergraduate Development.
The meeting also talked about the SERD Retreat 2010 which was held in the Conference room Holiday Inn Resort, Regent Beach, Cha-Am Beach, Petchburi on 17December 17-19, 2010. Assoc. Prof.Dr.Weerakorn Ongsakul, Dean of SERD and Chair of the meeting welcomed all twenty attendees including Prof. Said Irandoust, President of AIT and Prof. Dr.Chira Hongladarom, Secretary General, Foundation for International Human Resource Development along with the rest of SERD Faculty and staff.
Prof. Dr.Chira Hongladarom, Secretary General, Foundation for International Human Resource Development made a Presentation on “University Ranking and Key Performance Index” following a healthy discussion session with the participants. Prof. Dr. Chira Hongladarom requested the faculty to split into two groups and worked on suggestions to better AIT’s Ranking in the Academic World.
The next meeting date of SERD Retreat will be on October 14-16, 2011.
