1. Societal Forces
Since marketing activities are a vital part of the total business structure, marketers have a responsibility to help provide what members of society want and to minimize what they don’t want.
Example: In the past we just have “computer” it’s very big and really hard to move. But now we have “computer notebook” it’s very easy to use and move to anyplace. Furthermore it’s also have camera and you can use wireless.
2. Regulatory: Political Forces
Political-legal forces include the outcomes of elections, legislation, and court judgments, as well as the decisions rendered by various commissions and agencies. The political sector of the environment presents actual and potential restriction on the way an organization operates.
Example: When you building you have to have the fire exit. If you don’t have it’s not safety.
3. Economic Forces
Economic forces refer to the nature and direction of the economy in which business operates. Economic factors have a tremendous impact on business firms. The general state of the economy , interest rate, stage of the economic cycle, balance of payments, monetary policy, fiscal policy, are key variables in corporate investment, employment, and pricing decisions.
Example: In Thailand have the Protest and it make a lot of damage. Such as a lot of people was dead, shopping mall was damage and income very decrease.
4. Competitive Forces
Factore that influence the competitive position of a firm in an industry or market. It is not only important to focus for your direct competitors but also all marketers that target your customers and therefore compete with you for their income.
Example: When you have a meal at MK restaurant you’ll see the employees dancing. You can entertain with them. But in the other restaurant you go for have a meal only.
5. Technological Forces
Technological forces influence organizations in several ways. A technological innovation can have a sudden and dramatic effect on the environment of a firm. First, technological developments can significantly alter the demand for an organization or industry's products or services.
Example: When you have to travel in the holiday exactly that there are a lot of people to travel like you. And sometime it’s difficult for book the ticket so you can book the ticket on the internet. It easier and faster.
6. Nature
Traveler would like to visit your country so they have to choose the time to visit. You have to make sure that you can satisfy them.
Example: If travelers visit your town on the winter. You’ll let them to go to the north for camping, see the sea fog and whatever.
