การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ1) ทราบองค์ประกอบการบริหารโรงเรียนสาธิตปฐมวัยของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ และ 2) นำเสนอรูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนสาธิตปฐมวัยของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ โรงเรียนสาธิตปฐมวัยของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏจำนวน 22  โรงเรียน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลโรงเรียนละ 20  คน ประกอบด้วย ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนสาธิตปฐมวัย รองผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนสาธิตปฐมวัย  ครูปฐมวัย ผู้ปกครองเด็กปฐมวัย  และคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา รวมผู้ให้ข้อมูลทั้งสิ้น 440  คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง  แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็น  และแบบตรวจสอบรายการ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา  ค่าความถี่  ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย  ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติเพื่อการจำแนกกลุ่มตัวแปรโดยใช้เทคนิคการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบ (Factor Analysis) ด้วยวิธีสกัดองค์ประกอบ “PCA” (Principal Component Analysis)   ใช้การวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์คาโนนิคอล  ( canonical correlation analysis))   และการประเมินเพื่อตรวจสอบเนื้อหาด้วยวิธีการพิจารณาโดยวิธีสัมมนาอ้างอิงผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ (Connoisseurship)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. องค์ประกอบการบริหารโรงเรียนสาธิตปฐมวัยของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏประกอบด้วย 9  องค์ประกอบ คือ 1) ด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้และนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาปฐมวัย 2)ด้านโครงสร้างการบริหารและการบริหารจัดการ   3)  ด้านการพัฒนาครูปฐมวัยมืออาชีพ  4 ) ผู้บริหารมืออาชีพ 5) ด้านการประสานความร่วมมือกับผู้ปกครองและชุมชน 6) ด้านการเป็นหน่วยร่วมผลิตบัณฑิตของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ 7) ด้านการวิจัยทางการศึกษาปฐมวัย  8) ด้านการบริการวิชาการเพื่อพัฒนาท้องถิ่น และ 9) ด้านการทำนุบำรุงศิลปวัฒนธรรมไทยท้องถิ่น

    2. รูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนสาธิตปฐมวัยของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเป็นรูปแบบที่ประกอบด้วยองค์ประกอบสำคัญ 9 องค์ประกอบที่มีความถูกต้อง เหมาะสม เป็นไปได้ และสามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ได้ ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับกรอบแนวคิดทฤษฎีของการวิจัย และมีข้อเสนอแนะในการนำรูปแบบไปใช้คือ การบริหารงานและดำเนินงานของโรงเรียนสาธิตควรเป็นลักษณะเฉพาะที่มุ่งเน้นการทดลองการจัดการศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพ เป็นแหล่งจัดสวัสดิการบุคลากรในมหาวิทยาลัย  เป็นหน่วยร่วมผลิตบัณฑิตของมหาวิทยาลัย เป็นแหล่งฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูของนักศึกษาคณะครุศาสตร์ ดังนั้นการบริหารงานโรงเรียนสาธิตควรเป็นสถานศึกษาที่มีความเลิศในทุกๆด้านโดยเป็นการรวมพลังของมหาวิทยาลัย โรงเรียนสาธิตและบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโรงเรียนสาธิตทุกฝ่าย จึงสามารถนำผลการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ไปปรับใช้ในการบริหารโรงเรียนสาธิตปฐมวัยของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏโดยนำองค์ประกอบทั้ง 9 องค์ประกอบจากผลการวิจัยไปดำเนินงานโดยมีผู้รับผิดชอบงานแต่ละด้านอย่างชัดเจนและเป็นระบบเพื่อการเป็นสถานศึกษาที่มีความเป็นเลิศในทุกๆด้าน สอดคล้องกับพันธกิจการบริหารและดำเนินงานของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ เพื่อยังประโยชน์ให้ผู้เรียนได้รับการพัฒนาอย่างเต็มตามศักยภาพต่อไป

Abstract

 

 

The purposes of this research were to: 1) determine the components of administration  early childhood laboratory school of Rajabhat universities and 2) propose the administrative model for early childhood laboratory school of Rajabhat universities . The samples of this study were 22 early childhood laboratory school of  Rajabhat universities . The 440 were school administrators, teachers,  parents and school committees. The research instruments were the semi-structured interview, the questionnaires, and the check list forms. The statistics used for analyzing the data were content analysis, frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, factor analysis ,canonical correlation analysis and the finding was confirmed by the connoisseurship .

The findings of this research were:

1. The components of early childhood laboratory school administration of  Rajabhat

universities  were 1) learning management  and innovation of early childhood education 2) management structure and administration 3) professional early childhood teacher 4) professional leadership  5) parents and community participation  6) co-produced graduates of  Rajabhat universities agent 7) research in early childhood education 8) academic service for local development and 9)  maintain the arts and local culture

                           2. The application of the administrative model for early childhood laboratory school of

Rajabhat universities which comprised of 9 components were found appropriate, accurate, and accordance with the research conceptual  framework. And recommendations on the application  management and operation of the school should be focused on the characteristics of experimental education quality. A source of welfare for staff on campus.Co-produced graduates of  Rajabhat universities agent. A source of  teacher training experience of students, Faculty of education therefore the management of school education should be the pre-eminence in every aspect by incorporating the power of university school and school personnel related to all parties. The results of this study to deploy the management early childhood laboratory school of Rajabhat universities  by 9 components from research to operations, with responsibility each side clearly and systematically to the school. with excellence in every aspect. Consistent with the mission  and operation of the Rajabhat University for the benefit of learning has been developed to the full potential.
