gemfibrozil+simvastatin แม้ มีข้อห้ามใช้ แต่แพทย์ก็ยังสั่งยาคู่กัน

เพราะ มีความเชื่อว่า ได้ประโยชน์ กับผู้ป่วย แต่ทว่า

Effects of Combination Lipid Therapy in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Conclusions The combination of fenofibrate and simvastatin didnot reduce the rate of fatal cardiovascular events, nonfatalmyocardial infarction, or nonfatal stroke, as compared withsimvastatin alone. These results do not support the routineuse of combination therapy with fenofibrate and simvastatinto reduce cardiovascular risk in the majority of high-risk patientswith type 2 diabetes.

พบว่า การใช้ ยา สองชนิด ร่วมกัน ไม่เกิดผลดีเหนือกว่า การใช้ simvastatin เพียงตัวเดียวครับ นอกจากนี้ ในอดีต  คดีความที่แพทย์ใน usa แพ้คดี ต้องจ่ายเงินให้คนไข้มากมาย ก็แพ้คดี การใช้ยา statin+ยา lopid นี่แหละครับ

ชัดเจน หาก ใครจ่ายยาคู่นี้ ออกไป จงดูแลตนเองน่ะครับ ระวังถูกฟ้องร้องได้ หากเกิดอะไรขึ้นมากับคนไข้
