During this program, I learnt many change models and performance consulting models via Prof. Rothwell’s interesting activity-based. I also liked the way he cited many case studies and his practical experience to explain more clearly. I also learnt a lot from my classmates’ experience.
I liked Appreciative Inquiry Change Model suggesting us to work on our strengths. Mager’s Performance Consulting Model gave me a new idea to decide which problems can be solved by training solution. The skill deficiency can be but the morale problem cannot.
I learnt that the gained knowledge from this class can be applied not only to OD but also to daily-life human problem-solving. I was impressed with the Rothwell Performance Enhancement Model which uses proper questing technique to find the root cause and right solutions to the problems.
