กำลังหาโปรแกรมที่ช่วยทำงานซ้ำๆซากๆ (routine) แทน

เป็นโปรแกรมที่ช่วยให้ลดเวลา และเพิ่มความสะดวกสบาย ในการทำงานซ้ำๆ กันให้ง่ายขึ้น ด้วยการกดสั่งงานด้วย short cut แล้วโปรแกรมจะทำงานตามที่ได้บันทึกเอาไว้ก่อนหน้านี้ นอกจากนี้บางโปรแกรมยังสามารถกำหนดเวลาการทำงานได้อีกด้วย

ตัวอย่างการใช้งาน
เช่นทำ short cut สำหรับสั่งให้เปิดโปรแกรม excel จากนั้น copy ข้อมูลผลรายการประจำปี ลง notepad จากนั้นสั่งเปิดโปรแกรม Frontpage แล้ว patse ตารางลงไป แล้ว file > save as ชื่อไฟล์เป็น report_month.htm เสร็จแล้วก็สั่งเปิด โปรแกรม ftp แล้วทำการ login จากนั้นก็ ส่งไฟล์ไปทับไฟล์เดิมที่ server.... ก็สิ้นสุดกระบวนการ ทั้งหมดนี้กดแค่ ctrl-123 และใช้เวลาไม่ถึง 1 นาที

เอาไปทำอะไรได้มากมายเลยครับ อย่างน้อยที่สุด ก็น่าจะช่วยให้ผม ทำการทดสอบโปรแกรม compile ได้ง่ายขึ้น

ถึงตอนนี้ผมยังไม่ได้เลือกดูว่าจะใช้ตัวไหนดี มาลองๆ หาโปรแกรมในตลาดก่อน มีอะไรบ้าง
