Abstract

            The purpose of research was to propose a model of Community Participatory Administration Model for Career Development Training of Sub-district Administration Organizations of Thailand. The specific objectives were 1) to study the results of the questionnaire; 2) after the findings of the questionnaire, to process the data by using specific techniques; 3) to construct a model, based on the consensus of a focus group towards the model; 4) to evaluate the practicalities of using the model in the Career Development Training office in the Lower North Regions of Thailand.

The ongoing research found that there was a lack of efficient management for community career development from the questionnaire. In addition, the model was created, consisting of 3  parts: 1) In-put factor 2) process factor3) Out-put/Out-come .It was learned that there was a high degree of certainty that this model would be an effective way to develop the career possibilities for people living in the regions of Thailand.
