World class principal training and workshop course (draft)

ร่างหลักสูตรอบรมผู้บริหารการศึกษาระดับสากล

เมื่อวานนี้เพื่อนรุ่นน้อง ถามมาว่า พี่..ถ้าจะอบผู้บริหารโรงเรียนระดับสากล ตามโครงการของ สพฐ. นี่จะใช้เวลากี่วัน  คำถามง่ายแต่ตอบยาก  เพราะตนเองมาตรฐานคุณภาพไทย ก็ยังอ่อนแอ   แต่ถ้าจะให้ช่วยคิด ก็พอคิดได้  แต่จะเข้าตาคนที่เขาเห็นชอบหรือไม่ก็เป็นอีกเรื่องหนึ้งนะครับ

จริงๆ แล้วก็ไม่ได้เก่งอังกฤษสักเท่าไร่  แต่ก็ลองเดาะเป็นภาษาอังกฤษดู  เพราะอย่างน้อยๆ  จะเป็น world Class ภาษาอังกฤษต้องพอไปได้ 

ถือว่าแชร์กันนะครับ 

โดยเฉพาะน้องที่ถามมา   นี้คือไอเดีย ที่ได้ในระยะเวลา 2-3 ชั่วโมง 

แนวคิดพื้นฐานคือ การสร้างผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนระดับสากล ซึ่งผมอยากจะเรียกว่าครูใหญ่โรงเรียนระดับสากล จะได้ให้ความรู้สึกที่ใกล้ชิดนักเรียนครูมากขึ้น 

จะปรับเพิ่ม ตัดออก เขียนมาใหม่ หรือจะถามในรายละเอียดในความคิดลึกๆ  ก็ได้นะครับ  เชิญครับ

World Class School Principal training and workshop Course     

 Objectives

1.  Able to lead teachers and students to be Thai and Global citizen.

2.  Able to create ideas and better learning  practices  for students, teachers and school staff.

3.  Able to be world class  Principal model  for the new coming principals.

 

Contents

1.  International  School  standard survey.  (2 Days)

2.  School Changed plan.  (2 days)

-        School vision, goal and mission

-        Teaching styles

-        Learning styles

-        Supporting teaching and learning change styles

3.  School curriculum design. (2 days)

4.  Whole school design for better learning and teaching. (2 days)

5.  Evaluating school progress. (2 Day)

The trainees

    1. Ask for principals or vice principals from the world class school project to have English test.

2. Who ever passed,   group of 10 persons  will be selected  to be in English workshop course.

3. The course will be started 1 months after the test  announcement. 

Time

1.  21days

2.  First 10 days, in country course.

3.  Day 11-15 out country course based on the same contents. (Study from the model schools)

4.  Day  16-18 school improvement and individual plan.

5.  Day 19-21, After three monthes, progress report presentation.    

                       

Work shop Method

Day  16-18 school improvement and individual plan.

1.  Guidelines and mentors available.

2.  Searching – writing – Group discussion –

Individual presentation.

3.  Compare with model schools – group discussion and improve school improvement plan.

4.  Individual Plan writing  and presentation.

                           

Day 19-21, After three  months, progress report presentation.   

Progress report presentation.
