From this paper, I can learn about design process. They are focusing on interview parents or caregivers. Their design process consists of contextual interviews, cultural probes, and information diagrams, phone interviews, and need validation.
They also classified this system into five sub-applications. Automate recording, smart medical bottle, information input and retrieval on the kitchen cabinet, mobile phone as a medical information device, ambient interactive display as a reminder by using mobile phone
However, this system has not developed yet. They are still looking forward to learn more and implement it for real in the future.
