Deep Fried Salit Flash

Preparetion
Fist, steam dried Salit fish n a pot for about 15 minutes. Next, remove all of the fish bones
Then fry Salit fish in the heated oil. When they turn golden, take them out. They are now ready to eat.
Tom Kati Sai Bua Pla Salit
Ingredients
4-5 dried Salit flash, clean and cut in half ½ kilogram of slice water lily stems 2 cups of coconut milk, 2 teaspoons of tamarind juice, ½ teaspoons of salt 1 tablespoon of palm sugar minced red onions
Preparation
Boil coconut milk with medium heat. Add Slait flash, water lily stems, cover the pot until they are cooked. Add other ingredients, taste and more if you like. Serve with hot rice.
Yum pla Salit (Hot and Sour Salit Fish)
Ingredients
Slice red inions, shred raw mango , hot chilies, fish sauce, palm sugar, ground routed beans, mint leaves and roasted dried Salit fish.
Preparation
Fist, roast the dried Salit fish and pick the borns off. Then mix all the ingredients together. Taste it as a sour, hot, salty and little sweet taste. Season with ground roasted beans and mint leaves.
