xslt 2.0 processor tool
You can use "xmlBlueprint" to process the xslt 2.0 (download in trial version)
recommend that you should download xmlBlueprint verion 4.2 and up
To install Saxon(xslt2.0 processor)
Start xmlBlueprint XML Editor and click Tools > Customize Tools.
Create a new tool by pressing the New button and fill in the following:
