It has been suspicious that GotoKnow.org is blocked by various blocking methods during the past few weeks.

It became apparent yesterday when the site was briefly being redirected to a police agency website.

This post is to inform you that we try to keep the website function at the most optimal performance as much as we can while it is under the unknown blocking tactics.

The server currently operates at only around 30% of its possible capability. It seems that most users can't access the system. Users report that accessing GotoKnow.org is much slower than foreign websites.

This issue needs attentions from users to voice their concerns to the responsible agency.
