ICD-11 การจัดกลุ่ม และจำแนกโรค ขององค์การอนามัยโลก

ICD-11 องค์การอนามัยโลกประกาศใช้รหัส ICD-11 ในปี 2565

รหัส ICD-11 (International Classification of Diseases ฉบับที่ 11) มีการปรับปรุงเพิ่มเติมจากฉบับที่10 โดย ICD-11 เพิ่มเป็น 28 บท (ICD-10 มี 22บท)

และเปลี่ยนแปลงรหัสนำหน้า โดยที่ ICD-10 ใช้รหัสนำหน้าเป็นตัวอักษร A-Z 

ส่วน ICD-11 ใช้รหัสนำหน้า เป็นตัวเลข 1-9 และรหัสตัวอักษร A-S และ V X 

(ยกเว้นอักษร I และ O เนื่องจากคล้ายกับตัวเลข 1 และ 0)

 

ICD-11 จัดแบ่งเป็น 28 บท ได้แก่
