วันนี้ประชุมเพื่อถอดบทเรียนและเก็บข้อมูลเชิงลึก เพื่อต่อภาพจิ๊กซอว์ให้ชัดเจน “การดำเนินงานตามรูปแบบการจัดระบบบริการเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพระบบบริการการแพทย์ฉุกเฉินวิกฤตสุขภาพจิตแบบบูรณาการ”
เป้าหมายเพื่อนำไปถอดชุดความรู้ (KM) และสร้างเทคโนโลยี 4 ชุด เพื่อนำไปใช้ในการทดสอบโมเดลในพื้นที่เขต 10 เป็นลำดับต่อไปค่ะ

It seems to me that ‘ศูนย์สั่งการ’ (control centre; centralization) is the strategic hub of this ‘emergency response’ in this ‘talk’.
Should we not have more of ‘functional units’ (trained and delegated to functions) and collaboration (as peers) through communication?
Should command/control centre assume ‘facilitator’ and supporter roles but leave technical activities to ‘trained’ functional units.
(Remember the lesson from the ‘cave rescue)’ not too long ago.)
