Our children are to change jobs seven times (no more 'permanent jobs for life') and more than five of these (7) jobs don't exist yet (no [vocational] training [schools] for these jobs)! So our children cannot rely on one skill or on job to raise and support their family. They must be 'learning new skills and looking for new jobs' all the time. It is very likely that they may have to relocate their 'home' many times, to stay close to their workplace. Many may look overseas [and become international human resource].
Yes, implications from one little picture are of many thousands words. ;-)
