บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยและพัฒนาในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการสอนของครูโดยใช้หลักการเรียนการสอนแบบโครงงาน โรงเรียนบ้านเป้าวิทยา สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดชัยภูมิ 2) เพื่อพัฒนาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนโดยใช้กระบวนการเรียนการสอนแบบโครงงาน โรงเรียนบ้านเป้าวิทยา สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดชัยภูมิ และ 3) เพื่อเสนอรูปแบบที่เหมาะสมในการพัฒนาทักษะการสอนของครูโดยใช้หลักการเรียนการสอนแบบโครงงาน โรงเรียนบ้านเป้าวิทยา สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดชัยภูมิ สำหรับวิธีดำเนินการวิจัยใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยและพัฒนา 5 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นที่ 1 ประเมินสภาพและปัญหา ขั้นที่ 2 พิจารณาร่างรูปแบบใหม่ๆ เพื่อยกระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ ขั้นที่ 3 ตรวจสอบและพัฒนาคุณภาพรูปแบบ ขั้นที่ 4 ดำเนินการตามรูปแบบและแผนการพัฒนา ขั้นที่ 5 ประเมินรูปแบบ กลุ่มเป้าหมายประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารและครูที่ปฏิบัติการสอนในโรงเรียนบ้านเป้าวิทยา สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดชัยภูมิ ปีการศึกษา 2558 จำนวน 50 คนและนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1-6 จำนวน 853 คน ที่ร่วมกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนแบบโครงงาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ครูผู้สอนทุกกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้มีแผนการเรียนรู้แบบโครงงานและ มีทักษะการสอนแบบโครงงานค่าเฉลี่ยสูงขึ้น

2. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนโดยใช้กระบวนการเรียนการสอนแบบโครงงาน พบว่านักเรียนได้นำเสนอผลการจัดทำโครงงานในกิจกรรม “วันรักโรงเรียน” ซึ่งจัดขึ้นในวันที่ 14 กุมภาพันธ์ ของทุกปี การติดตามการประเมินผลโครงงานของนักเรียนโดยภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับ มาก ทุกโครงงาน นักเรียนที่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมโครงงาน มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนสูงขึ้น

3. รูปแบบที่เหมาะสมในการพัฒนาทักษะการสอนของครูโดยใช้หลักการเรียนการสอนแบบโครงงาน มีองค์ประกอบและหลักการสำคัญในเชิงระบบ (System Approach) 3 องค์ประกอบ ดังนี้

2) โปรแกรมการพัฒนาทักษะการสอนของครูโดยใช้หลักการเรียนการสอนแบบโครงงาน (Project Based Learning)

     3) การประเมินและเงื่อนไขความสำเร็จ

Title The Development of Teacher’s Teaching Skills Using Project Based Learning of Banpaowittaya School under Chaiyaphum Provincial Administrative Organization

Abstract

Research and development was aimed to: 1) develop the teacher’s teaching skills using Project Based Learning of Banpaowittaya School under Chaiyaphum Administrative Organization. 2) improve the learning achievement of students using the teaching process on Project Based Learning, and 3) propose the appropriate model to develop the teachers’ teaching skills using Project Based Learning . There were 5 steps of the research and development models used were: Step 1 States and Problems Evaluation, Step 2 Drafting the new models for enhancing learning achievement, Step 3 Inspection and Quality Model Development, Step 4 Model Implementation and Development Plans, and Step 5 Model Evaluation. The sample groups were included 50 administrators and teachers, and 853 students, participated the Project Based Learning, of the academic year 2558 in Banpaowittaya School under Chaiyaphum Administrative Organization.

The study results were as follows:

1. Teachers of every learning department had the learning plans on Project Based Learning and the teaching skill of Project Based Learning gained the higher mean score

2. Students’ learning achievement using the process of Project Based Learning found that students presented the results of the project on “School Loving Day” which was held on February, 14 of every year. The evaluation of students’ project, as a whole of average was at high level.Students, participated the project activities, gained the higher achievement.

3. Appropriate models to develop the teacher’s teaching using the Project Based Learning of Banpaowittaya School under Chaiyaphum Administrative Organization were composed 3 principles of System Approach as follow:
