POOM  SANYAWICHAI : HEALTH  MANAGEMENT  VILLAGE  DEVELOPMENT  STRATEGY  OF  COMMUNITY  ORGANIZATION, KAMPHAENG  PHET  PROVINCE.

This research aimed to 1) study state, problems, and factors related to health management village development of community organization, Kamphaeng Phet Province,          2) develop health management village development strategy  of  community organization, Kamphaeng Phet Province, and 3)  evaluate health management village development strategy of  community organization, Kamphaeng Phet Province.  Data were collected with  1)  studying  state and problems of  health management village development of community organization, Kamphaeng Phet Province by using questionnaires and focus group discussion with the group of community organization related to health management for the development of health management village, Kamphaeng Phet Province,  2)  developing health management village development strategy of community organization, Kamphaeng Phet Province and the strategy was drafted  by the workshop of  community organization and was examined by expert-based seminar, and  3) evaluating  health management village development strategy of community organization, Kamphaeng Phet Province  by using strategy evaluation form.  Data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.

Research results were as follows:

1. As for the state of health management village development of community organization, Kamphaeng Phet Province,  community organization and health officers completely implemented health management village in five steps.  Health officers stimulated community organization to participate in creating a public stage, holding the meetings to create understanding, attending the group meetings of knowledge sharing forum, discussing and coordinating, and making study tours  of successful health management villages for sharing health knowledge in community.
2. Problems of health management village development of community organization, Kamphaeng Phet Province in general were in the high level.  After considering each aspect, the researcher found that every aspect showed  problems in the high level.  The problem with the highest mean included  compliance with community health plan.  Most people in the community did not know activities of village health plan.  As for making community health plan, people in the community did not have knowledge on the process  of making community health plan.  The problem with the lowest mean was surveying main mechanism of implementing health management village.

3.  As for the factors related to health management village development of community organization, Kamphaeng Phet Province, the researcher found that four internal factors related to health management village development of community organization, Kamphaeng Phet Province consisted of  1) people in community, 2) management, 3) source of investment funds, and                  4) materials and equipment.   Four external factors related to health management village development of community organization, Kamphaeng Phet Province consisted of  1)  politics and law, 2) economy, 3) society and culture, and 4)  technology.

4. Health management village development strategy of community organization, Kamphaeng Phet Province consisted of vision, mission, goal, strategic issues, strategy, indicator, and development guidelines.  Strategy was developed with   1)  main mechanism of developing health management village, which was efficiently developed,  2)  health knowledge sharing forum which  was developed as a learning community,  3)  potential of community organization  to make community health plan, which was increased,  4)  participation of people and network  in making community health plan, which was promoted,  5)  mechanism of complying with  community health plan, which was developed,  6)  active dissemination on community health plan, which was promoted, and  7)  mechanism of evaluating health management village development, which was improved.
5. Results of evaluating health management village development strategy of community organization, Kamphaeng Phet Province showed  that most strategies were consistent, suitable, possible, and beneficial in the highest level.
