Catch your thought before it becomes a chain of thoughts

Break the chain of thoughts before it triggers an emotion

Stop the emotion before it becomes a conditioned response

Undo the conditioned response before it becomes a pattern of behavior

Once you find yourself stuck in this pattern, take pause, and start over again.

Each time you are able to break this cycle, even if it’s only for just a moment, 

you will experience true peace.  

This is the fruit of mindfulness.
