ประชาธิปไตยคือระบบการปกครองที่คัดเลือกเอาคนที่โฆษณาชวนเชื่อจูงใจคนส่วนใหญ่ได้เก่งที่สุดเพื่อเข้าไปบริหารงบประมาณประเทศที่ส่วนใหญ่แล้วมาจากรายได้ของคนส่วนน้อยที่ไม่ได้เลือกพวกเขา
น่าพอแปลเป็นอุงกิดตามประสาผมได้ว่า
Democracy is a form of government by which those who are most capable of self advertisement are selected by the majority of the populace to oversee the national budgets derived mainly from the income of the minority of the populace who did not elect them.
