Ummh, the diagram looks very impressive.

One little thing, I wonder why this is not included in the model -- the data collection.

It seems that we are very good at creating idea and concepts from 'thin air'.

The (so-called) 'last mile' problem is when we reach some latter stages and found that 'due to lack data or details' the project fails and all the work done (money and time spent) is for 'nothing'.

Data is the foundation of knowledge!
