Which factors will influence the sucess of our learners in tell ?

There are a few strategies through which we can support our learner.

1.Regular feedback- this needs to be both the feedback responding to what the learners have produced as well as the feedback in which we react to the approach of the student, to potential problematic areas and suggest correction. This way we help learners build up good learning habits which are important for their future success. Learners will learn how to organise their study eventually but it usually takes time before they learn to rely on themselves.

2.Help with the development of their autonomy they might feel it is difficult to carry out the most crucial activities so they will need a clear guidance and your feedback especially in the initial stages. For instance they may need a kind of action plan to help them keep to the deadlines, or choice in selecting aims because they might have problems with identification of the aims as such. A useful tool for the development of their autonomy is also a learning contract between the learner and the tutor. The learners have a chance todesign their individual study plan and to select appropriate aims and tools for reaching them. It is very important for them to make these decisions about
their own learning even though sometimes
these might be wrong decisions. Reflection and reconsideration of what they have done will help them become more independent.
Help with their
learning styles  – not all learners are aware of their learning preferences as well as of the repertoire of learning strategies  which are at their disposal. There would naturally be a tendency to transfer such learning strategies which they used in the traditional face-to-face learning to TELL situations. However, some of these might let them down in the changed learning environment and the learners might misread this act as “I’m not able to
succeed” instead of seeing the reality - “I have chosen the wrong strategy”.Our support in identifying the mistakes and indicating the space and modalities for improvement may have the influence on their positive perception of own progress.
Sharing experience and interaction with other learners – it is natural that the problems one student faces are not unique and are probably common to other learners as well. By sharing their experience they can see that they are
not alone in this struggle and that there is a chance for all of them to solve the problem together.

In addition to the factors mentioned above. In my opinion,There are factors that influenc the success. To provide feedback, good and accurate information on how to fix it.However, the important factor is the students themselves.
