Leadership of high-leveled leaders whom I have ever seen or worked with.

Q : How could you pinpoint on the leadership of high-leveled leaders whom you have ever seen or worked with? (Design a model  which show their administrational methods)

A : 

        As you know, so far we have dealt with leaders traits, leader behavior, and the situation facing one organization, it is reasonable to ask: How about a model of leadership in that organization?

        I have worked at Walailak University which was established in 1992. It is a fully autonomous state university under the supervision of the Minister of Education. To pinpoint on the leadership of high-leveled leaders whom I have worked with,I would like to describe their most prominent physical characteristics , their dominant personality ,and their important leadership skills, as following:

               a)    Leader’s name : Dr. A (assumed name)

                      Leadership Role : Director (AD 1998-2000)
