คงโต้แย้งคำแปลอยู่คำเดียวคือ "private international law " ซึ่งคุณแปลว่า  "The domestic law dealing with cases with a  foreign element"

คุณคงต้องอ้างอิงว่า คุณคัดลอกเอามาจากไหน ??

กฎหมายระหว่างประเทศแผนกคดีบุคคลจะเป็น "domestic law" ได้อย่างไร ? คิดดู ?

แต่เป็นไปได้ที่ "การศึกษาวิชากฎหมายระหว่างประเทศแผนกคดีบุคคล" ในบางครั้ง จะจำกัดขอบเขตที่การศึกษา "กฎหมายภายใน" ที่รองรับหลักกฎหมายระหว่างประเทศ
