  2. Food security crisis resulting from contamination on food chain;
  3. Increase the risks of long-term and sustainable development of agriculture;
  4. Direct poison on farmers when doing pesticide distribution; 
  5. Mental health problem derived from pesticide use and food insecurity;

6.  Direct and indirect acute and chronic physical health impact;

Summary:

  1. Public policy is an important health determinant of the society, which could result in good or bad effects on people’s health.
  2. A healthy environment requires to strengthen primary health care system and to empower communities and people.
