Six Environment Forces
1. Societal
Marketers have a responsibility to help provide what member of society want and to minimize what they don’t want. For example, people in the South of Thailand like to eat spicy food too much, so marketer should provide more spicy food than not spicy food.
2. Regulatory
Products that can be sold must be legal. For example about alcohol drinks, the owner must pay a tax before bring it to sell. If the owner doesn’t do it, the product will be inlegal. In addition the product can’t be sold and the owner will be arrested.
3. Economic
For example about recession cause of political conflict. It makes the owner get lose because lack of consumer, so he can discount to attract them.
4. Competitive
The marketer needs to establish a differential advantage for consumers to purchase your product as opposed to your competitor’s product. For example of skin lotion. There are many brand of lotion in the market, but the owner can make your product better than competitors such as your product have to be more characteristic than competitors.
5. Technological
Inventory control system makes companies more efficient. For example you can control all of product by computer. when you want to check the product, you don’t have to count or check at product but you can check by computer. It easier and save time.
6. Nature
Chang your marketing mix in response to environment changes. For example Summer season the most of people would like to go the beach, it encourage tourism industry such as hotel, resort and restaurant or anything that concern with tourism industry.
