A social force is anything in a society with the capability to cause change, anything that influences people in the society. The marketers have a responsibility to help provide what members of society want and to minimize what they don’t want. And if you want to make products you have to look in the society.
For example : If you want to sale swimming suit in Asian, you have to make it cover the body. And if you want to sale in Western or U.S.A. you have to make it like bikini because of society and cultures between them are different.
Regulatory

The government makes law for protect the consumer and business or organization must follow the law.
For example : If you want to sale the cosmetic, your product have to get the guarantee that it safe for the customer to use it. And it doesn’t burn the customer’s face.
Economic
Factors such as level of employment, rate of inflation, rate of interest, demographic changes, and fiscal and monetary policies, which determine the state of competitive environment in which a firm operates. These forces affect the outcome of the firm's maketing activities, by determining the volume and strength of demand for its products.
For example : On April and May in the center of Bangkok have been destroyed by the saboteur that hided in the congregator so, the stores and shops including super center like Central World , Siam Paragon etc. have to closed. Cause of this situation make other countries don’t come to Thailand and we have lose a lot of income from this situation.
Competitive
Are the factors that influence the competitive position of a firm in an industry or market. Competitive forces include (1) bargaining power of the buyers and suppliers, (2) threat of new entrants, and (3) rivalry among existing firms. All firms compete for consumer’s money.
For example : Lays is the famous brand that produce the potatoes chips and many kinds of snack to compete with other brands and they still be the top brand those consumers choose.
Technology
Technology is very important to maintain life in everyday. We use a lot of new technologies because it is very comfortable to communicate with each other by using its. The same as the marketing that use ICTs to help and make it easier for develop their organization.
For example : Oishi use the technology to advertising their brand on the television , newspaper , radio etc. These things are the advantages for the firm because the consumer will know the product and also know the new promotion of this product.
Nature
Nature can attract people to travel and see the natural that different from the place that they are live. Nature can be disadvantages for the profit of organization and to sale the products it is depend on the season also.
For example : This season in Thailand is Rainy so, you can see all of the shop or even the supermarket are sale umbrella , coat etc. The next season is winter the shops will sale overcoat , stuff for winter such as lotion for make our skin moist etc.
