Life lesson
Life can give me a hundred reason to cry but I can give life a thousand reasons to smile. Laugh about my mistakes, but learn from them. Joke over my troubles, but gather strength from them. Have fun with my difficulties, but overcome them. That is the way to live life. Have a great day ahead.
Hello my dear professor. Let me introduce myself. I am Sunisa Katiya. I have been teaching at Thai – Muang Industrial and Community Education College, Phang – nga province, for two years. Although, my hometown is in Nan province. I am pleased to be here for studying Master of Arts Program in Applied Linguistics – English for Science and Technology. I am happy to write my essay about life living. My first one is “ Life Lesson”.
Every stage of life would be changed. And I prefer thinking about life in positive way. Why? Because of positive thinking makes positive living. There are many life lessons around me. Yes, I always find them here and there. But it’s not a problem. I am happy to find the way out from them. I am trying to do the best.
When I was a student at primary school, I liked an English subject a little bit. The reason was I was punished by English teacher. Because I wrote some English alphabets into the incorrect way. I was very upset. I was crying with no sounds and tears. Since 2 weeks after that, I aimed to study hard about English. I started from writing English alphabets, finding the meaning of any words that I wanted to know. But I was still not good at English.
One day, when I was a secondary school’s student. A new English teacher, Mrs. Rungtiwa Jittakasem, taught her students to sing an English song. She was always my inspiration. I suddenly fell in love with her teaching style. All students were happy in her class. She told me that “ Do the things you like and go the ways you love.” Then I designed to study in English Teaching at university. And I aimed to be an English teacher, too.
Yes, I am a teacher and still not good at English. It is as same as I was a young girl. But I m trying to learn to use English as much as possible. As we know well about nobody is perfect. Life is short. Just do what we like in this world as time flies really fast. Nothing to be worried about the past but focus on the future. Everybody can achieve what they want provided. They work hard to achieve their goals. If we cannot do this and that, there will be too many restrictions and we cannot express our opinions. Nobody feels guilty as everybody love to express ourselves and to have freedom.
Some of my good friends told me that “ Never lose an opportunity to bring sunshine into the life of another. A few encouraging words could make a huge difference in someone’s life. Life is more than just breathing. Real life is made up of moments that take your breath away. Life is beautiful. Especially with good friends. May every moment of your life be filled with JOY. Dream whatever you desire to dream. Go wherever you wish. Seek whatever you desire. Because life is unique and dependent on how you shape it. The lucky ones do not always have the best. Often they seek simply the best of what they see on their journey. Your future happiness may well depend on your ability to leave the past behind. Live life to its fullest and be positive always in spite of difficult time.”
Finally, I agree with this proverb. It says “The secret of success in life is to be ready for your opportunity when it comes.” By Benjamin Disraeli. I am a lucky one, who has good friends and best teacher.
