Attached are 3 video clips from Kyoto Primate Research Lab showing that chimpanzees have "photographic memory" which may be better than (?some) humans.In addition, field study of chimpanzees in west Africa also showed that they were taught by their mother to use stones as hammer and anvil to crack the nuts.This learning skill has to be practiced repeatedly such that no chimpanzee less than three yeart old could crack the nuts open . They could usually do so between the ages of 3- 5. This illustrates why teaching just by lecturing or a few times demonstration without follow-up practices are often unsuccessful. It also demonstrates that medical students'method of learning by "trying to remember and imitate" are also likely to fail because they are not as smart as a chimp.

ทำให้ผมคิดว่า วงการศึกษาไทยต้องคิดใหม่ในเรื่องไม่มีนักเรียนที่ล้มเหลว แต่บางคนเรียนช้า อาจต้องเรียนนานกว่าเพื่อนๆ ๒ – ๓ เท่า ก็ไม่น่าจะถือเป็นความล้มเหลว โดยพ่อแม่และสังคมต้องยอมรับด้วย
