PS/NB/Notes: I know now that I just find the way to test my theory, to use computers to change our behaviours. However, the computer is not just only the main instrument. My mind that I have been training for many years which I wrote here before is another one. This include the honesty that I just practice for several years. Only the truth can lead us to change. Accept it, no matter you did right or wrong. Try every way to bring us to our goal. The most important thing is just 'keep(ing) on', though the most awful, dreadful, intimidated, scared, terrified enemy of our life is ourself, the part of demon in our soul.
So from now on, I change my strategy to test another way to solve this problem of my life from finishing the thing I have to complete it, like my mission. That is setting the realistic goal together with completing it piece by piece. I will get my confidence back to do another mission. Using Microsoft Outlook 2003--the computer system which is the stand-alone type that can link to the internet, G2K--the internet system which is the network type, and my little carry-on paper-based organiser (Thai Nurses' Association, Northern Branch)--the old system which is the type in case of no electricity (if I have more money, I will buy the palm or electrical hand-held organiser to help me more in this research project) is the method to do this research project of 'changing my life to be holistically healthy one'. As you know, if you can change others but you can't change yourself, you can't say that your strategy is the most appropriate one or the worked one. The more you develop yourself to be holistically healthier human being, the more you are sure of this theory.
In summary, the methods to implement this research:
1. Knowledge I know
2. The kind of mind I have
3. My hand-held organiser
4. Microsoft Outlook 2003
5. http://gotoknow.org/muthita
Procedure:
1. Plan
2. Complete a mission piece by piece
3. Evaluate
4. 23:30-24:00 Plan and evaluate for each day, and assess the cause and effect and plan how I can develop more and more
What has been added from the previous type of mine for self-training: the exact deadline in my life--I complete my PhD study and have to find a job to survive on this world; I am a one of doctor (since Mon 25 May 2009) that fulfill my dream when I was young--no inferiority complex though I know that this is a defilement I have which I try to eradicate, but I know it is still on my mind (perhaps I must have to admit this truth if I still want to attach the world to help others as the one who wish to be one Buddha in the future); I am the one who is not happy when I have to do the thing which I have told to do, not from my heart telling me to do--my creativity and my great potential (I know I have a lot, but it will come out only if I feel happy, enjoy and free) will not be shown out!; I don't want to live in the feel of any chicken, but I want to live in the sense of one eagle as Assoc Prof Dr Kittipan Rerkasem told me before.
You see the forecast of the weather in London is not true--it predicted that there would be a light rain at 10 am, but now 10:44 am I have still not seen any rain, so, I mean, we can change if we still go on fighting! However, at 11:13 I think it is going to rain!
