Ridiculous!

Should the world condemn this clownish action!

You could say that you were not aware of.

But, the news had hit the headlines and been broadcast worldwide!

You could say that we don't have any extradition treaty.

But, this is the issue of moral and ethics.

As a Thai citizen, I condemn every irresponsible actions directly or indirectly undermining our peace and already-damaged economy.

"MANAGUA, Nicaragua — The Nicaraguan government says it has named Thailand's exiled prime minister as an "ambassador on a special mission" and issued him a passport.

Nicaragua made the announcement after the Thai government said it had revoked Thaksin Shinawatra's personal passport. Bangkok accuses Thaksin of stoking violent demonstrations in Bangkok that left two people dead.

Nicaragua said in a statement Wednesday that it named Thaksin to the position so he could help bring investment to the poor Central American country. It says it issued the passport in January when Thaksin visited Nicaragua.[1]"

There is also a website citing Matichon newspaper online yesterday's report about the denial of issuing Thaksin's passport. [2]

"A book, entitled "Thaksin, are you OK?," written by Sunisa Lertpakawat, showed photos of Thaksin's Nicaragua passport and the photo of Thaksin receiving the passport from a man the writer identified only as "Daniel." Nicaraguan president is Daniel Ortega.

"..Nicaragua said Mr Thaksin was to be accredited as an ambassador with a "special mission" to help bring investment to the country.

He was given the passport earlier this year, the government said in a statement. Thailand has diplomatic relations with Nicaragua but no extradition treaty..." [3]

You could be a very rich nation in a couple of months, but what's about the peace in our country!

Below, taken from the wikipedia [4], the issuing of Nicaragua's Thaksin passport has been obviously documented.
