4. How often do you play games?
5. How often do you do exercise?
6. How often do you swim more than fifty metres?
*Check your answers : A = 0 B = 1 C = 2 D = 3 E = 4 F = 5
If you have more than 20 points you are very fit;
more than 15 points guite fit;
more than 10 average;
less than 10 not very fit;
less than five unfit.
