  • I am impressed with Dr. Chira's presentation. He is my inspiration because he is not afraid to say anything.
  • It is good that you encourage secretaries like us to play more important role and please recognize us partner.
  • Instead of copying the Western ideas, Dr. Chira came up with his own new ideas.
  • The bosses today have higher expectation.
  • I look forward to be business owner in the future.
  • I want to enhance the participants' competencies.
  • They are young but have many competencies. They will be promoted to higher position
  • Their jobs are important because they learn from their bosses everyday.
  • Being close to boss is important
  • Today, I learn many things such as knowing my boss, studying his strengths, noticing his emotion and knowing him more.
  • Learning about teamwork is important for all organizations.
  • We should not stop learning. The boss always ask me everything so we have to read newspaper to catch up with everything.
  • The secretary should find some outside network.
  • You should tell the boss to teach you and bring you to important function.

Dear Dr. Chira,

  • Your powerpoint gives us useful suggestions
  • I learn about 8K's, 8H and several things
  • We are multinational company. Could you please give us suggestion on how to deal with Hamburger Crisis?

  • You are young but can be a rising star. You can move to higher level.
  • Not only important person, you should think avout yourself too.
  • I got Ph.D. in Economics.
  • I agree that economic crisis affected human capital. Economic growth declines and leads to unemployment.
  • Those unemployed people are unable to find jobs because their skills are stick.
  • Those who have lifelong learning do not have to be worry about job because they can adjust and switch to other jobs. Jobs also expand in economic crisis.
  • We should focus on middle path to survive both in short term and long term.
  • My knowledge is up-to-date because of my lifelong learning.

From the real statement of mine yesterday, I would like to say that todays, Personal assistants are not an independent player anymore, we have to be a good team player - that's what our boss expected from us. We cannot stay the same in our comfort zone, we have to develop ourselves and move from GOOD to GREAT. The 10 success factors from Dr. Chira are the practical theories for GREAT assistants like us.

Dear all participants,

I would like to invite all of you to join the panel discussion on
