Growing straw mushroom in cassava peel beds.

              Straw mushroom means in Thai "เห็ดฟาง", which is popular in Kamalasai and Muang districts Kalasin province, requires low investment since cassava peel is cheap and easy to find. One hundred kilograms of cassava peel yields about 20-30 kilograms of mushroom,which compost to enrich the soil.
