ยุทธศาสตร์การอ่าน ; อ่านที่มีประสิทธิภาพ โดยการอ่านเพื่อประเทืองปัญญา

                ยุทธศาสตร์จะช่วยให้เราประสบความสำเร็จในการอ่าน โดยการตั้งเป้าหมายสูงสุดจากการอ่านของเรา โดยการอ่านอย่างน้อย ยุทธศาสตร์ 7 อย่าง ต่อไปนี้จะทำให้คุณประเทืองปัญญา  คือ

                1.  รู้ว่าเราต้องการรู้อะไร (Knowing what you need to know, and reading appropriately)

        2.  รู้ว่ามีปัจจัยอะไรที่จะทำให้เรารู้อย่างลึกซี้งได้ (Knowing how deeply to read the document:โดยใช้เทคนิคที่หลากหลาย เช่น  skimming, scanning or studying)

        3.  อ่านอย่างว่องไวและคล่องแคล่ว(Using active reading techniques to pick out key points and keep your mind focused on the material)

                4.  เราจะอ่านสื่อวัสดุที่แตกต่างกันที่เลือกมาได้อย่างไร (Using the table of contents for reading magazines and newspapers, and clipping useful articles)

                5.  อ่านเอกสารทั้งหมดโดยให้ความสำคัญ (Understanding how to extract information from different article types)

                6.  ใช้เทคนิคการใช้คำอภิธานศัพท์ (Using indexes, tables of contents, and glossaries to help you assimilate technical information)

         7.   สร้างตารางเพื่อเค้นหาใจความสำคัญในเนื้อหา(Creating your own table of contents for reviewing material)
