Abstract
The purpose of this study was to performance for development strategy of Ban Nongsrapung
Nuensa-ard School. Mixed-methodology of policy research were used by; document study, inquire
the opinion, focus group discussion, in-dept interview, and the public hearing. The following
development strategy resulted form the study compose; vision, mission, aim, strategy, project,
and recommendation activities for student quality, instruction, administration, and community about;
achievement, fluent reading, fluent writting, calculate fast, thinking skill, morality virtue, reading habit,
library is alive, the course and the instruction, the early childhood education, information technology,
the system takes care to help a student, the special activity, environment, quality assurance, the school
-based management, and educational opportunity, and the education administration cooperate the
stakeholder.
