                There are 3 main parts of hospital lecture; care and clinical medicine, general organization and resources management.

             Care and clinical medicine consists of;

1.     Total care: a response to physiological, comfort, therapeutic, psychological, social and ethical needs. It should apply patient-centered care.

2.     Clinical decision making in hospital setting: It should apply evidence based medicine and concern with communication, organization of care and psychology.

3.     Operational units: It should apply teamwork in functional unit.

             General organization consists of;

1.     Hospital as an organization: It should apply the Mintzberg’s model

2.     Hospital in the system: It should apply Integrated health system, Primary health care and Minimal package activity of district hospital.

3.     Hospital in lesser developing countries: It involves about nursing, hospital function, controlling costs, MPA, specific problems, laboratory, ICU.

4.     Audit medical evaluation: It involves about medical audit and hospitalization file.

5.     Health information system: It involves about input & process indicators, quality indicators in the services and adjustment of MPA to local conditions.

             Resources management consists of;

1.     Hygiene in the hospital: It consists of main components, origin & consequences of low level hospital hygiene, nosocomial infections, universal precautions.

2.     Financial management: Its components are direct accounting, projected budgets, indirect accounting and analytical accounting.

3.     Human resources: Its components are elements of HRM, competence management.
