Are you a lone cactus in the middle of desert?

<h4 style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class="MsoBodyText">Bloggers have been sending me emails asking me what are the best ways to practice English language in order to improve one’s productive skills. I keep telling them
‘JUST USE IT EVERY DAY’ </h4><h4 style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class="MsoBodyText">I’m writing this blog to encourage Thai bloggers to try writing their blogs in English (or in some English). </h4> <h4 style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class="MsoBodyText">Don’t just study from the textbook and try to memorize all the structures and new vocabulary. You won’t be able to improve any communicative English….these are reasons why we have to use English every day and use as much as possible to communicate with the other English speakers both native speakers and non-native speakers. </h4> <h4 style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class="MsoBodyText">I didn’t mean that you are going to hunt for a Farang at Wat Yai or talk to your Farang teachers (and drive them crazy) everyday.
I know that the majority of Thai students (including me) are shy and reserved…It’s not easy for us to talk with a “Farang- looking” people or those who are from different cultures.
</h4><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class="MsoBodyText">But how can we improve our English? I have post the question above asking ourselves if we are the lone cactus in the desert??

It means that you can’t master the language without using it to interact with other people of the society you are living in!!!

Just go into Yahoo chat or chat with your friends in English --don't care if some may think that we are crazy!!--- </p><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class="MsoBodyText"></p><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class="MsoBodyText">or write a blog in English and publish your English writing under any topic of your interests. You will have the real readers, audiences, students, teachers, and people who shared your interests who will give the response to you eventually. It may take some time but it’s a good start, isn’t it?</p><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class="MsoBodyText"></p><h4>Don’t worry if you are going to make some mistakes—I do all the time.</h4><h4>
