Dear sr, Gut bacteria might be another theory on how food is digested and be useful to our lives. There are three types of gut bacteria in our digesting system: the Good, the Bad, and the Neutral groups.. They help or violet digesting our food, depending who take our the whole process. The unbelievable happening is that the Neutral group are ready to take side with the battle won between the Good and the Bad. To help the Good to win, we have to eat food food, more vegetables than meats, and help the digesting process a quick one. |Slow digested meats are good sources for the Bad to over number of the Good, and the Neutral will join the Bad and that leads to more problems in the whole process. We can notice the problem easily from the bad smell of our chit. If every is alright, the smell is not so bad, or even no smell at all. So, this is while, after some years of searching after I read that piece of information: Do not eat meat (fishes, for example) with starch (rice or potato, for example) for meat is digested by acid while starch by alkaline and if the two combined, they become neutral. This decreases the digesting effectiveness. So, after learning more of information on the matter, I decided to experiment the concept by myself. It is now 12 days, while the whole experiment will be 52 days, however I have observed quite a few benefits. But I will report the result after I finish the experiment. At the same time I wrote this short blog to persuade anyone who would like to try, so that we shall have more information when my experiment is finished. And I believe that this model of eating is helpful for the Good gut bacteria. Thank you again for your insight observation.
