Dear sr, Thank you for your warning thought. My point is that posting misunderstanding news or just for fun gags and intentional harmful news or destructive fake messages are different. We might get the wrong perceptions or judgement of some events, but these are not fake reports, but if we know exactly what happen but point it another way to distort the matter: this is a wrong conduct. But even so, it is right of the person who is affected by the matter to sue, but a committee appointed by the government to judge whether that is fake or not fake. More over, what worries me the most, and related to creative interception, is that the committee seeks only the known facts or knowledge to judge whether that claim is fake or not fake. Creative thinkings or ideas means something that never occurs before or known by anyone. This is harmful to creativeness that I mention in the blog. Thank you again for your comment.
