We can do what we can now. And there are many windows of opportunities in hospitals (patient monitors, management, data, and research), in farms (agriculture tools, telecommuication tools for business and marketing), in homes (led lightings, home utensils,...), in communities, in schools, in transport services, 'healthy foods and drinks' (design and...), the list goes on.

The impossible will just take a little longer. ;-)
