Thanks Dr. Ple โอ๋-อโณ and rojfitness

1) I too like the phrase "I didn't mean [to do] it". But I think, to advance our society we must also try our hardest not to harm with best intention. ;-)

2) It is a problem for lawmakers: how to make laws work in general, fair and just for all. If laws are too specific then [smart] people find [smart] ways to go around leaving most [ordinary] people complying [neither fair nor just] laws. If laws are all compassing then again [smart] people can find [smart] ways to use laws to harm other [ordinary] people by [definitely not fair nor just] laws.

My main point in Blog on... is deviously hidden ;-). I was commenting on a lot of students' blogs on a law. They report 'mechanically' without attempting further or in dept analysis of the law. I am asking too much to students to give some thought to what they write. Teachers are equally instrumental in raising the 'quality bar' -- when teachers don't -- well then?

3) No K. rojfitness. I have not read the 'examples' of วัตถุที่ประสงค์ทั่วไป (when applying for จดทะเบียนหุ้นส่วนบริษัท) in details. As I understand it shows a simple way [for people] to trgister a business [entity] and [for government to collect] a tax [id]. I think we can delete and change clauses to fit our business. The registration staff would be quite happy to see the 'same form' (with amendments) but not a 'new document' for the same purpose.

We can't expect public servants to be 'all' capabable of handling 'varieties'(or diversities) and remain 'efficient' by their (super-efficient) supervisors. Corruption of National Development?
