Chilfren by Nature can learn better if they can move about and make association of what they learn in sensory channel with other sensory/experiential channels. But schools and teachers make them sit still in order to pay attention to the lesson. Are we doing the right thing by these new research?

I have no doubt You can learn in any posture. But I like walking meditation better than squating meditation ;-)

I believe we have come to consider another theory for design of teaching or learning (in 21C) -- inclusion of physical activities to re-enforce or enhance lesson's content. (We have already include auido and visual, so 'physical' and 'emotional' and ... are just further extensions.) Maybe you can take this further ;-)
