There were two objectives for this research on the antecedents  and outcomes to the effectiveness of electronic logistics management: 1) study current conditions of efficiency in logistics electronic management, cost-effectiveness of users, satisfaction of users, and system of logistics electronic management; and 2) study the relationship and influence of antecedent and outcome of electronic logistics management.The researchwas made from 412 examples by purposive method and  used 
the Structural Equation Model (SEM) in quantitative research, and in – depth  interview in qualitative research to confirm the model. The research found that the current condition concerning the
efficiency of logistics electronic management, cost - effectiveness of users, satisfaction of users, and system of logistics electronic management was at a high level. The system of logistics electronic management had direct positive effects on the efficiency of logistics electronic management, cost-effectiveness of users, satisfaction of users. In addition, satisfaction of users and cost-effectiveness of users affected directly and positively on efficiency of logistics electronic management.
