***  Nearly 30 years of English teaching Experiences & 13 years of Japanese Teaching Experiences make me strongly believe that " To Create the good atmosphere and set the environment  variables for learning Foreign Languages  are the most important for learners. "  They can encourage  them to be an active participants in their learning . The students in a big City are quite different from the students in a rural town. I am a practical person who teach students everyday and try to improve my teaching techniques by adaptation different  teaching methods to my teaching styles and find my best way to manage and organize my English class more interesting. I also often let my students practice their English in various situations , such as Games , Role Play  etc. All of them  love to join  and do their good presentation. So, I think English Camp is one of the great ways to give students a good opportunity to speak English in a real situation, not the same as lectures , Drills , The Structure Rules ( Grammar) focus on Exercise books in a square room.
