</tbody> </table> วันนี้ไป workshop มาทั้งวัน 9AM-4PM
แต่เป็น workshopที่ดีมาก เค้าจัดให้นักเรียน grad โดยเฉพาะ
เราไปด้วย 2 เหตุผล
1. ไว้เอาไปใช้แก้ conflict ที่ทำงานที่ ธรรมศาสตร์
2. ตรงกับ thesis เพราะ หมอฟัน, dental hygienist, พยาบาล, ผู้ช่วยพยาบาล, รัฐบาลมี conflict กันหมด

มีคำพูดที่วิทยากรพูดแล้วโดนหลายประโยคมาก เลยเลือกๆมา blog ให้อ่านกันดูคะ

- "Don't say you don't have time. If you can find the energy, you will find time. It's about energy management, not time management"

- "You are kidding yourself if you think you can control people: support, coach, and guide instead."

- "A champion in a workplace is like a head goose, flying with goals and guide the flock. But s/he does not
have to be the one who reach the destination. Once s/he gets tired,
the head goose step down and let others lead."

- "Don't tell people to trust you. If it's there, people can smell it. Just be transparent"

โทษทีที่ไม่ได้บอกว่า แล้วตกลงจะ manage conflict ยังไง
ก็ workshop มันทั้งวันอ่ะ เรียนอะไรเยอะมาก ขี้เกียจพิมพ์ : P

เค้าสอนหมดเลย ควรมองปัญหา ยังไง
อะไรควรพูด อะไรไม่ควรพูด
ไม่ใช่แค่ แก้ wording ให้ politically corect นะ
มันเป็นทั้ง approach ในการพูดทั้งประโยคเลย
หรือการทำตัวเวลามี job burn out หรือ rust out
