Thank you for this link to an excellent article by บวรศม ลีระพันธ์.I see this as a quality example of ‘assessment’ (methodology), though very likely out of bound by most ‘voters’ and unfortunately there is not ‘overall grading’ and ranking (by political party) for most voters to choose to vote (as the voting system allows only one single choice).

[What is ‘Assessment’? A tool to identify and quantify changes, enumerate and quantify the effects or impacts of the changes on areas of interest, in order to decide and act (optimally) appropriately. [As a science, the tool is used on facts and helps to produce ‘factual, repeatable, reliable and usable’ information.]
