Thailand is spending a lot of Taxpayers Money in Education Ministry Budget for many years (decades) but the results have been disappointing years after years. Reforms implemented by minister after minister have not achieved target results stated for the projects. A lot of excuses were offered publicly (but apparently never corrected nor learned).
Children are turning away from school and spending more time on the Internet. Perhaps it is time to follow them there and make the Internet a learning place. –No not with inline courses or classes but with learning content infused in ‘fun’ content. We have seemingly unlimited supply of volunteers from many walks of life and experiences who are willing to help with children education. Can we orchestra them and set them on the [same] target?
